You remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, direct-marketing, anti-spam, and communications requirements when using uploaded contact information.

MediaBUZZ.press may process such information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested media outreach, contact-management, distribution, analytics, or related services.

The exact services available to you depend on your selected plan, order, proposal, statement of work ("SOW"), enterprise agreement, or other agreed commercial arrangements.

Where a separately executed proposal, SOW, enterprise agreement, or other written commercial agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specifically agreed written terms will govern the relevant service to the extent of that conflict.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining an account.

You agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure.
• Take responsibility for activity conducted through your account.
• Maintain accurate account information.
• Ensure authorized users comply with these Terms.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share credentials in a manner that circumvents user, seat, subscription, or other applicable usage limits.

4. Organization Accounts and Team Members

MediaBUZZ.press may allow you to create an organization workspace and invite team members. Organization owners or administrators may control team membership, user roles, permissions, content, billing, subscriptions, and workspace settings.

If you join an organization account, authorized administrators may be able to manage your access and certain information, content, and settings associated with your use of that workspace.

5. Plans, Subscriptions and Pricing

MediaBUZZ.press may offer monthly or other subscription plans, enterprise arrangements, project-based services, add-ons, and customized engagements.

Prices displayed as "starting from" represent starting prices and may vary depending on scope, markets, volume, requirements, customization, or additional services.

Enterprise and customized services may require a separate proposal, order, SOW, or agreement. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Before completing a purchase, you should review the applicable price, currency, billing frequency, included services, renewal terms, and any taxes or additional charges shown during checkout or specified in your commercial agreement.

6. Payments

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize MediaBUZZ.press and its authorized payment provider to charge the applicable amount using your selected payment method. You agree to provide valid and current billing information.

We may suspend or restrict paid services where payment is overdue, declined, reversed, disputed without proper basis, or otherwise unsuccessful, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.

7. Renewals, Cancellation and Refunds

Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable renewal frequency and price will be disclosed during purchase, in your account, or in the applicable commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in your specific commercial agreement, cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the applicable paid period.

Project-based services, campaigns, add-ons, advisory services, and customised engagements may be subject to separate cancellation terms reflecting work already undertaken, third-party commitments, reserved resources, campaign expenditure, or deliverables already provided.

Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy or the specific commercial agreement applicable to the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the original content and materials you submit to MediaBUZZ.press, including press releases, articles, logos, photographs, videos, documents, company information, media kits, executive profiles, campaign materials, and contact lists.

You grant MediaBUZZ.press a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, format, translate, modify as instructed, publish, distribute, analyze, and display that content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, operate, support, and secure the services you request.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and other authority necessary to provide the content to us and permit its intended use.

Except for the limited rights necessary to provide the services, MediaBUZZ.press does not claim ownership of your original Customer Content.

9. You Are Responsible for What You Publish

MediaBUZZ.press provides organizations with publishing, communications, and distribution tools. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit, approve, publish, or distribute complies with applicable law and does not violate third-party rights.

You must not:

• Submit knowingly false or misleading claims.
• Defame another person or organization.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Disclose confidential information without authorization.
• Distribute unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, spam, malware, or other harmful material.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

MediaBUZZ.press may refuse, suspend, remove, or restrict content where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, third parties, or comply with applicable law.

10. AI-Assisted Services

AI may assist with writing, rewriting, summarization, translation, classification, audience recommendations, media matching, SEO/GEO recommendations, analytics, and visibility intelligence.

AI is an assistant, not the final editor. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, inappropriate suggestions, outdated information, or other inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated or AI-assisted content before publishing, distributing, submitting, or materially relying on it.

You should independently verify important facts, quotations, statistics, legal claims, financial claims, medical claims, and other sensitive or consequential information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, AI-generated output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

11. Media Matching and Audience Recommendations

MediaBUZZ.press may recommend journalists, editors, publications, industries, audiences, geographic markets, or other targets based on information available to the platform and its analytical systems.

Recommendations may be generated or supported by algorithms, AI systems, professional data, campaign information, editorial information, or other relevant signals.

Recommendations do not guarantee that a journalist will respond, a publication will cover your story, an audience will engage, a campaign will achieve a particular reach, or content will receive editorial coverage.

12. Media Distribution

Distribution means making available or sending content through the channels, networks, markets, and audiences included in the applicable MediaBUZZ.press service.

Distribution does not automatically mean editorial coverage. The decision to publish, cover, quote, reference, modify, reject, or respond to a story ultimately belongs to the relevant journalist, editor, publisher, platform, or other independent third party.

13. Editorial Placement and Editorial Independence

Where a package includes editorial placement, contributed content, sponsored content, commissioned content, partner publication, or other publication opportunities, the nature and scope of that placement will be specified in the applicable service description, proposal, order, or commercial agreement.

Where a service refers to a specified number or range of articles or placements, the applicable service description or agreement will identify whether those opportunities involve MediaBUZZ-owned publications, partner publications, contributed content, sponsored content, commissioned content, earned media, or another form of placement.

Unless explicitly guaranteed in a written commercial agreement, MediaBUZZ.press does not guarantee independent editorial coverage by third-party publications.

MediaBUZZ.press and participating publishers retain appropriate editorial standards and may require content to be edited, corrected, labelled, disclosed, or rejected.

Payment for MediaBUZZ.press services must not be represented as purchasing independent journalistic opinion or guaranteed earned media.

14. SEO, GEO and AI Visibility

MediaBUZZ.press may provide tools and services intended to improve or analyze visibility across traditional search engines, AI search, generative answer engines, digital media, knowledge systems, and other discovery environments.

Third-party systems can change their algorithms, models, training or retrieval data, data sources, interfaces, policies, and behavior at any time.

MediaBUZZ.press therefore cannot guarantee a particular search ranking, inclusion in an AI-generated answer, AI citation, AI Visibility score, continued visibility, traffic, leads, revenue, or media coverage.

Scores, benchmarks, classifications, recommendations, and analytics reflect the methodology, data sources, platforms, models, queries, measurement period, geographic scope, and other measurement conditions applicable at the time of analysis.

Results obtained at different times or through different platforms, models, prompts, queries, locations, or methodologies may differ.

15. Analytics and Reports

MediaBUZZ.press may provide analytics, reports, forecasts, campaign scores, media-readiness scores, visibility metrics, benchmarking, competitive analysis, and other intelligence.

These outputs are designed to support communications and business decisions and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

Where appropriate, reports and scores should be interpreted together with the methodology, assumptions, limitations, data sources, and measurement period applicable to the analysis.

16. Uploaded Media Contacts

If you upload a media contact list or other third-party personal data, you confirm that you are authorized to use that information for the intended purpose.

You remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, direct-marketing, and communications laws when contacting those individuals.

MediaBUZZ.press may process uploaded contact information only as reasonably necessary to provide the services requested and for other purposes permitted under the applicable Privacy Policy and law.

17. Intellectual Property

The MediaBUZZ.press platform, software, interface, designs, branding, logos, methodologies, scoring systems, reports, databases, platform-generated materials, and other proprietary elements are owned by or licensed to MediaBUZZ, except where otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of MediaBUZZ intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, license, or commercially exploit our platform or proprietary materials except where expressly permitted by MediaBUZZ or applicable law.

18. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about MediaBUZZ.press, we may use that feedback to improve or develop our products and services without an obligation to compensate you.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, availability commitments, and privacy practices.

MediaBUZZ.press is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, or availability of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.

21. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep MediaBUZZ.press reliable, but no online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security events, technical problems, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

As MediaBUZZ.press evolves, we may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features.

Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will aim to provide reasonable notice where practicable, subject to security, legal, technical, or other urgent requirements.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful use, abuse of MediaBUZZ.press or third parties, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate and practicable, we will try to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights, obligations, charges, or liabilities that arose before termination.

23. No Guaranteed Results

Communications outcomes are influenced by people, markets, algorithms, AI systems, news cycles, editorial judgement, audience behavior, competition, and many other factors outside our control.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee specific media coverage, publication, journalist responses, audience reach, engagement, search rankings, AI citations, visibility scores, leads, sales, revenue, or other commercial outcomes.

Our obligation is to provide the services purchased in accordance with the applicable scope, not to guarantee outcomes controlled by independent third parties or external systems.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediaBUZZ.press and MediaBUZZ Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or similar losses arising from or relating to use of the platform or services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

MediaBUZZ's aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to a paid service will be subject to the liability limitation specified in the applicable plan, proposal, order, SOW, enterprise agreement, or other written commercial agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

25. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold MediaBUZZ Pte Ltd harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from:

• Customer Content that you submit, publish, or distribute through the service;
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of MediaBUZZ.press;
• Your infringement of a third party's intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights; or
• Your material breach of these Terms.

Any indemnification obligation is subject to applicable law and any limitations contained in an applicable enterprise agreement, SOW, or other written commercial agreement.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our platform, services, commercial arrangements, technology, or legal requirements change.

We will publish revised Terms and update the "Last Updated" date.

For material changes affecting existing paid customers, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.

Changes will apply prospectively in accordance with applicable law and any specific contractual arrangements with the customer.

27. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Unless otherwise provided in a separately executed proposal, statement of work, enterprise agreement, or other written commercial agreement, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief where permitted by law.
